About this website

This website is a live stock catalogue for SneakerZ Gozo. It does not include an online checkout. Selecting a product or sending us a message does not by itself create a sale or guarantee a reservation.

Availability and reservations

Stock can change during the day and may sell in store before the website is updated. A product is reserved only after we confirm the item, size, price and reservation details directly with you. We may place a reasonable time limit on a reservation.

Product information

We aim to keep product names, sizes, colours, images and prices accurate. Screen settings and photography can affect how colours appear. If there is a clear error, we will correct it and confirm the accurate information before completing a sale.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT and the advertised delivery allowance. Available payment methods and any delivery or collection arrangements will be confirmed before a purchase is completed. Customers who collect from our Victoria shop may be offered a €10 reduction from the displayed price. We will not charge a different price without your agreement.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Refund Policy explains change-of-mind returns, distance-sale withdrawals and faulty items. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory rights available under Maltese or EU consumer law.

Website use

You may use this website for personal shopping and product enquiries. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

External services

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, maps and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any mandatory consumer protections and rights to seek assistance from the relevant consumer authority remain unaffected.
